Pan-Fried Fennel
serves 4
Ingredients
2 ea fennel bulbs, sliced, green tops reserved
3 T olive oil
1 t lemon pepper
Instructions
Saute the fennel slices in olive oil until nicely browned. Season with salt and lemon pepper.
Plate and serve hot.
